Hub Blacksburg is a large student housing campus located near Virginia Tech. With one-, two- and four-bedroom units, Hub Blacksburg includes high-end finishes, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an Olympic-style sanctuary pool, poolside hot tubs, outdoor lounges with built-in seating, as well as outdoor exercise equipment. In addition, two precast parking structures, totaling 1,100+ spaces were constructed.
