Accounts Payable Assistant
We have an opening for an Accounts Payable Assistant in our Madison office. Duties include data entry of construction contracts, change orders and pay applications for subcontracts; job cost entry; prequalification of subcontractors; and monthly reconciliations. The Accounts Payable Assistant will also assist the project team with various other tasks.

Applicants must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment; have the ability to recognize discrepancies and communicate back to the project team; highly organized, and able to work under pressure and multi-task. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator to join our team. The QA/QC Coordinator will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the site quality control management program. Specific job duties will include development of quality criteria, metrics and standards, coordinating quality inspections, ensuring quality of site installations, educating employees and subcontractors on quality standards, distributing QA/QC documentation to subcontractors and ensuring the quality records and other documentation are prepared in accordance with the project requirements.

Qualified applicants will possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be a contributing team player. A strong mathematical aptitude, computer skills, analyzing and problem solving abilities, and attention to detail are also necessary. This position requires a BS in Quality Assurance, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in commercial construction is highly preferred.

Business Development is responsible to identify, develop and lead new business opportunities; establish, build and maintain client relationships; and create and facilitate proposals. We are looking for someone with contacts in the Milwaukee commercial construction market with excellent communication and presentation skills and an outgoing personality. MEP Coordinator
We have an opening for a MEP Coordinator in our Madison office. This position will provide assistance to the project teams in conducting coordination functions related to bidding, preconstruction, construction, and post construction activities of projects as it relates to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

Qualified candidates should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detail oriented. A complete working knowledge of construction documents and contract interpretations a must. General cost awareness and MEP system knowledge. Prefer LEED accreditation and knowledge of LEED requirements. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent, plus minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on building mechanical and electrical systems. Experience working with MEP design firm and general contractor considered a plus.
