University Club Tower Condominiums

The University Club Tower is located at 924 E. Wells Street, adjacent to the social club that bears the same name in downtown Milwaukee.

The project included the construction of a 37-story condominium complex featuring custom interiors, large terraces and exceptional views.

Other project amenities include access to the University Club’s room service and guest rooms. A separate four-story parking structure including a rooftop garden with walking paths for tenants and pets was also part of the project scope.
