Designed by Plunkett Raysich Architects, Findorff's Milwaukee location at 1600 North 6th Street features 25,000-square-feet of office space.

Special features of the newly renovated building include an atrium lobby, front patio, full kitchen, exercise facility, multiple meeting and training rooms, and numerous offices and partitioned work spaces.

The project involved a number of sustainable building design elements, including a 37-point checklist used for obtaining LEED Certification eligibility.
