Madison Investment Advisors, Inc. selected Findorff to plan and build the firm’s new headquarters on a sloping, wooded site in Madison’s University Research Park.

Findorff provided preconstruction services, including estimating, value engineering, and phase scheduling, and presented the firm with a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the entire project.

The two-story facility includes many distinctive building materials, including exterior lead coated copper paneling and Florida and Australian cypress woodwork.

In 2004, the Association of Licensed Architects recognized the facility with a Presidential Award for outstanding design and detailed construction.
