Mazzuchelli Center

Edgewood College partnered with Findorff to complete a 15,000 square-foot renovation and addition to the existing Mazzuchelli Center.

The new addition included partial enclosure of the existing roof which created room for offices, classrooms with lab facilities, and a rooftop patio space.

In addition to the extensive recycling of cabinets, copper piping and other materials, Findorff also installed additional insulation, insulated glazing, day-lighting and high-performance glass for improved energy efficiency.

Environmentally-preferred materials were utilized throughout the building, including interior wall panels made from sunflower seeds and wheat fiber.
