Project close out is the final construction phase of the project lifecycle. It's a multi-step process to ensure a seamless transition into your new facility. Findorff implements a comprehensive, step by step approach by using in-house expertise and technology to aid in the process, starting when construction is approximately 50% complete.

The goal is to collaborate with the Owner and Architect to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. The areas of closeout planning include, but are not limited to:

• Complete and efficient financial closeout
• Successful code required inspections and testing
• Coordinated building keying and access control
• Efficient and complete punch list completion prior to move-in
• Owner training and building turnover
• Owner support with furniture, technology and other key vendors
• Support with building activation
