Construction of St. Francis of Assisi Church consisted of stud walls, brick facade, and wood trusses. The church features a nave/sanctuary, grand hallway, baptismal font, family room, chapel, and offices. Sealed stained concrete floors were used in the nave with traditional finishes used throughout the remaining facility.
Findorff provided the School District of Belleville master planning, preconstruction, communications and engagement strategy services. Following the first successful referendum in the District in 25 years, construction services included:
- Consolidation of its elementary school into a newly renovated and expanded intermediate building
- Upgraded learning spaces to better support teaching and learning
- Updated safety features including secure entrances, separation of bus and parent drop off/pick up, security cameras, and fire alarms
- Upgraded plumbing, HVAC, electrical, technology wiring, roofing, and windows/doors
