Rich in history, the new Ted & Grace Bachhuber Memorial Library pays homage to its original facility built in 1968. The new 36,000-square-foot library was built with its community at the forefront. Equipped with multipurpose spaces, individual and group study rooms, a teen and children’s area, a fireplace, and a business center and administrative space – the opportunity to learn and enjoy time in the library is endless. Advanced technology spaces were essential to provide tools and resources for the community. The living room of the library has multipurpose ceilings to provide an inviting aesthetic, encompassing an acoustic wood ceiling. Whether one is visiting to learn, collaborate, or relax – the Ted & Grace Bachhuber Memorial Library has something for all!

Findorff provided Mayville School District with master planning, preconstruction, project management, communications, and engagement strategy services throughout facility planning efforts. Construction projects covered many areas of need, such as safety and security, capital maintenance, learning spaces, fine arts, and athletics. These projects also focused on a manufacturing and technical education addition to the high school as well as upgrades to HVAC systems, offices, and classrooms.
