Findorff repurposed a former office building for One City Schools to create a renovated and expanded K-12 space for middle school and high school students. This extensive, multi-phased project features standard facility upgrades, as well as a gymnasium, science labs, and culinary space additions.

Findorff was selected to be the construction manager for the Monona Grove School District’s successful referendum work. Various efforts ranging from new construction to district-wide facility renovations have been performed on the following facilities:
