Findorff has performed numerous construction services that resulted in 200,000 sq/ft of new space for Research Products. Projects included a major renovation of their office, construction of manufacturing facilities, and a distribution center. Some unique services included a retrofit roof replacement, over 23 acres of earthwork, sustainable features, and loading dock installation. Findorff self-performed many trades such as concrete, metal building erection, and carpentry.

The School District of Poynette selected Findorff to perform a facility assessment, preconstruction and pre-referendum communications, and engagement services. Following the successful referendum, Findorff provided construction management services to consolidate their early learning and elementary grades into a new elementary school, plus renovations and additions to the middle and high schools.
