Sentry Insurance and Findorff began a long-term partnership with the construction of the company’s headquarters in 1974. Since that time, Findorff built a state-of-the-art corporate office adjacent to its national headquarters featuring a modern, technologically advanced environment for consolidating all 500 claims associates.

Findorff conducted extensive renovations and additions to the SentryWorld Sports Center to make it a hub for sports, recreation, dining, and special events. The improved facility includes a fully renovated golf course, pro shop, restaurant, bar, and banquet facility to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere.

Inn at SentryWorld is a multi-use boutique hotel that serves the company’s business clientele, golfers, and community members. It features spacious suites and intimate gathering spaces perfect for weddings and corporate retreats. In addition to construction management, Findorff provided extensive preconstruction services to bring this hotel to life.

The 133,000-square-foot building, located in central Wisconsin underwent a 51,000-square-foot renovation in partnership with Sunrise Pointe Ventures. The facility includes a full-service gym, glass-enclosed collaborative and private breakout spaces, and a recreation area equipped with billiard tables, foosball, and space for Cornhole or bean bag toss.
