The McKenzie Regional Workforce Center includes an entrepreneurship center, a building trades warehouse with functional classroom spaces, a rooftop cafe, storage, and office space for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County and other workforce partners. Findorff also completed the McKenzie Family Boys & Girls Club, a “country club for kids” in Sun Prairie.
Findorff has had the opportunity to construct Summit Credit Union’s corporate office and multiple retail locations throughout Wisconsin. The facilities feature large lobbies, drive-through teller areas, and member service counters. Summit’s Corporate Office received LEED® Silver certification.
Since 1996, Findorff has provided preconstruction, communication, and construction management services for the Sun Prairie Area School District. Construction and renovation projects were performed on the following district buildings:

Findorff completed a three-story classroom addition for Sacred Hearts’ growing school population. This addition includes four classrooms for art, music, a makerspace, and a library media center, a main office, and secured entry.
Findorff was selected by QBE to perform a significant tenant buildout in its Building 200, which was occupied during construction. The project was a total gut remodel of the existing space to revitalize the environment for employees.
