Findorff was selected by the Verona Area School District for preconstruction, pre-referendum, capital maintenance planning, and construction management services on multiple successful referenda. Portions of the work included reconfiguring three schools to accommodate different grades and closing the oldest building in the district. The schools worked on include:

Findorff completed a major renovation and expansion of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church. The project integrated the preschool into the church building, creating a bright and modern learning environment while also allowing for additional enrollment. Renovated features include a commercial kitchen, an expanded space for youth and adult programs as well as office staff, and improvements to the fellowship hall.
Findorff has a long-standing relationship with Epic, beginning with the construction of the first campus located in Verona. Since that time, Findorff has completed work on three campuses, constructing over a dozen office buildings and various support facilities on the 950-acre site. Each of the company’s campuses and office buildings are uniquely themed environments complete with high-end finishes, dining spaces, underground parking ramps, as well as connection tunnels and landscaping.
