The School District of Waukesha hired Findorff to provide construction management services for their long-range facility planning efforts. The successful referendum included extensive renovations, additions, and capital maintenance upgrades to 19 buildings in the district.

Findorff has had the opportunity to construct Summit Credit Union’s corporate office and multiple retail locations throughout Wisconsin. The facilities feature large lobbies, drive-through teller areas, and member service counters. Summit’s Corporate Office received LEED^® Silver certification.

ProHealth Care partnered with Findorff for a variety of healthcare projects, notably the Mukwonago Hospital and the Waukesha Memorial Central Utility Plant. Projects have included state-of-the-art procedure and operating rooms, women’s clinics, pharmacy upgrades, and full-service dining spaces.
