Connected to the Fiserv Forum via skywalk, the Block 7 Parking Structure is a mixed-use building that boasts over 1,200 parking spaces and 55 bicycle spaces. When completely full, the structure is designed to provide a more efficient entry and exit experience. Visitors do not encounter parking gates until they arrive at the second floor, allowing vehicles to queue up inside the structure.

Formerly known as the Milwaukee Center, the Associated Bank River Center has been redeveloped and modernized into a Class-A office tower to serve as the bank’s primary office space in Milwaukee. Findorff completed an expansion and renovation project at Alverno College, including a three-story building, 13,500-square-foot addition, and renovations totaling 125,000 square feet.
