Findorff completed an expansion and renovation project at Alverno College, including a three-story building, 13,500-square-foot addition, and renovations totaling 125,000 square feet. These renovations included the creation of a larger student commons area, a green roof to absorb rainfall and reduce reflected heat, and art education suite. Additions included a Main Street—combining many critical student services in one location.

Positioned near 570′ of river frontage, the 1433 N. Water Street building is a 139,309-gross-square-foot complex that is a melding of historic structures and new construction. The anchor tenant’s contemporary office features an open office structure with a healthy circulation space, affording great communal and collaborative opportunities.
