This LEED® Silver Certified, state-of-the-art building is home to Gray TV – WMTV.
Situated on a 10-acre site along the Madison Beltline, this 32,000-square-foot, two-story facility serves as the home of Gray TV – WMTV. The state-of-the-art station features two production studios, a double-height newsroom, and modern administrative and support spaces designed to enhance collaboration and broadcasting capabilities. Constructed just feet from the existing, fully operational station, the project required careful coordination to maintain uninterrupted daily operations throughout construction. Findorff partnered closely with the Gray TV team to plan and execute a seamless transition, including the complex process of decommissioning the original facility and bringing the new station online. The result is a highly functional, modern broadcast environment that supports the evolving needs of the station and its team.
