Hub Tucson First

Findorff successfully completed Hub Tucson First, a 648-bed student housing development that is across the street from the University of Arizona campus. The project features 161 fully-furnished units in studio through six-bedroom layouts, and includes standout amenities such as a rooftop and pool deck, a state-of-the-art fitness center, wellness spa with dry sauna and yoga room, clubroom with lounge space, business area with printers, group and private study rooms, and a dedicated dog run.
