Findorff constructed this mixed-use student housing apartment building for Penn State University, minutes from campus and downtown. The 12-story building includes two floors of retail and office space, while the remaining 10 floors have 13 apartments each and accommodate for a total of 493 beds. Amenities include a courtyard, fitness center, rooftop deck, swimming pool, spa with sauna and steam room, study lounge, and underground parking.
