School District of Westfield

Findorff has been working with the School District of Westfield on its long-range facility planning since 2022, which led to a successful 2024 referendum — the district’s first passed referendum in 30 years. Findorff helped the district develop a strategy that informed and educated the public on the need for the proposed project. Our collaboration involved extensive community engagement and communications, such as hosting community meetings and informational sessions and creating comprehensive materials to convey the district’s needs. This crucial project will allow the district to address high-priority district-wide capital maintenance and improve safety and security.
