The project includes:
- 2,987 offices, 3,080 parking spaces, 6 skybridges, 3 drive tunnels, 2 pedestrian tunnels
- 132,000 square feet of food service and production facilities
- 6,600 square-foot electrical room
- 500,000 square feet of green roof area
