Findorff renovated four different suites and a total of 5,000 square feet to create lab space for Invenra Labs. Improvements to HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems were made, along with new walls, doors, flooring, and painting. The work was performed adjacent to occupied spaces, and lab furniture was installed with the coordination of the owner.
