In the heart of Madison, Findorff assisted Core Spaces in constructing the 10-story student housing building. oLiv provides 376 units, ranging from a studio to 5 bedrooms, and a multi-level parking garage and retail space on the ground level. These fully-furnished apartments offer high-end amenities, including a coffee shop, rooftop pool and year-round jacuzzi, fitness and spa, private/co-working study spaces, private terraces with hot tubs, full-size washer and dryer, and premium stainless steel appliances. Sustainability elements include energy-efficient and bird-safe windows, lighting fixtures, native-plant landscaping and a solar array on the largest rooftop in Madison.
