In support of UW Credit Union’s growth, Findorff built a 110,000 square-foot community building. The building serves as a central hub for employee development, internal meetings, and member engagement. The project involved renovating and expanding the existing two-story structure to support the corporate office and member services, incorporating open office spaces, collaboration areas, and a training center. Additionally, there was a strong focus on sustainability with geothermal and solar incorporated into the project.
