Findorff has renovated multiple BMO Harris Bank locations throughout Wisconsin. The remodeled branches include new teller pods, upgrades to finishes and IT, updated furniture, and lighting, and the incorporation of new branding components such as color palette and signage.

This high-profile project, located along the 100 Block of State Street in the heart of downtown Madison, includes six properties and the preservation of three historic buildings, two of which are historic landmarks. The strategic renovations made to the existing buildings substantially improved their efficiency, usability, accessibility, and safety, while also enhancing the vitality of the block.

Since 2004, Findorff has completed a variety of renovation and addition projects for American Family Children’s Hospital, such as a vertical expansion, medical and surgical nursing units, patient room buildouts, and neonatal and pediatric intensive care units.

Originally built in 1905, Alpha Phi Sorority House underwent a multiphase renovation at its Langdon Street location to upgrade the facility and provide increased amenities. Renovations included interior and exterior improvements in addition to landscaping upgrades including installation of a new decorative fountain in the backyard.

25 W. Main Street was an extensive redevelopment project that included the renovation and expansion of the existing Old National Bank office building located on Madison’s Capitol Square. The updated building features a modern glass facade, landscaped roof terraces, mixed-use spaces for offices, eight levels of high-end apartments, and retail.

The 33 E. Main project marks the final completion of the major Block 89 redevelopment in the heart of downtown Madison. Located directly across from the Capitol Square, this 141,000-square-foot facility features nine stories of commercial office space.

Findorff not only provided general contracting services to Urban Land Interests but also constructed workspaces for tenants such as Quarles & Brady, Murphy Desmond, and Park Bank.
