The BMO Bank Data Center Project at their disaster site was completed in six months. The project included renovating the existing data center space while maintaining concurrent operations. Upgrades to mechanical systems and electrical equipment were a key part of the project scope, as well as reconfiguring the secure entrances and security systems. Findorff deployed pre-construction, active construction, and post construction cleaning protocols to ensure a clean operating environment for the data center. Findorff successfully executed two full shutdowns of the data center to bring the new UPS and PDU units online.
