UW-Madison selected Findorff to construct Morgridge Hall, home to the School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences (CDIS) and future College of Computing and Artificial Intelligence. Consolidating some of the top programs of the university, the new facility is a hub for the bustling tech ecosystem in Wisconsin, fostering academic research, supporting booming student interest, and hosting collaborative events with industry and community leaders. Sustainability is a major element of the building, with over a fourth of the site area covered by planted areas, and 359 solar panels sitting on its roof. Over 1,000 classroom seats are housed in the facility, fitting the programs’ incredible growth over the last decade and projected growth in the future.
