Hub on Campus Cincinnati

The Hub at Cincinnati is a 143-foot tall mixed-use building with student housing units, some street-level commercial space, and a 170-space parking garage. This is the first development within the northeast intersection of Stratford Avenue and Straight Street. The student residences include a mix of micro, studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom and five-bedroom units. The 17-story tower was built with a mix of materials including brick, concrete, metal panel, scored-face concrete masonry units, and glass. There is a rooftop deck amenity area that is accessed by the 13th floor.
