Brix Apartment Lofts is a seven-story, 156,000-square-foot building, formerly home to the Ziegler Candy Factory, originally built in 1907, and is referenced as the first skeleton concrete building. Findorff meticulously restored and repurposed the Brix Apartment Lofts into an urban loft-style apartment building, accompanied by attractive retail space and parking.
