In 2016, Findorff was approached to relocate Illumina’s manufacturing and administrative facility to the Madison area, in addition to constructing an office space. The project included a 132,000-square-foot, two-story, state-of-the art building with a cost-effective core and shell, structural-steel frame, and architectural precast exterior.
