American Family Insurance’s national headquarters’ data center required an update to their electrical power and cooling services to best support the company’s processes. The scope of work consisted of a building expansion, relocation of an existing access lane, two 150-ton DX chillers, updated pumps, piping, actuated valves, and manual valves, electrical distribution and switch gear, and BAS and controls components installations. The project was successfully completed while simultaneously maintaining uptime operations of the existing data center.
