Since 2008, Findorff has performed various construction services for SPL, ranging from interior renovations to significant additions to its world-class manufacturing facility. One of Findorff’s most significant projects for SPL was assisting in the design and managing the construction of its new CGMP clean biopharmaceutical plant addition. This fast-track project delivered an enclosed building in five months from the initial concept design. The two-story addition totaled 18,000 square feet of both wet- and dry-process areas, lyophilization loading and unloading suites, multiple hazard classes, and associated mechanical support space.
