This dehydrated potato flake facility includes Material Receiving, Wet Processing, Dry Processing, and a warehouse. Includes office, break room, and locker room with showers. The facility sits on approximately 20 acres and includes a detention pond which also serves as the water source for the facility's fire protection system, as well as an absorption pond for a majority of the process rinse water. We were able to complete construction in just under nine months and complete the project under budget.
