Project Delta is a 156,215-square-foot construction project to build a cheese conversion and storage facility, which includes a two-story headquarters building. The cheese plant contains cold and dry storage as well as shipping docks.
Aligned with their netZERO 2050 vision, this project utilizes all-electric HVAC solutions. The project team performed an initial analysis to compare the all-electric vs. conventional gas solution. While the all-electric system will cost more in operational costs, it brings Emmi Roth closer to their carbon zero goals and was selected for the project.
