Schoep’s Ice Cream

 Findorff was selected by Schoep’s Ice Cream to renovate and expand its existing facility, along with many other projects over the years. The project commenced with the installation of a temporary insulated tunnel to keep the plant up and running during construction. Findorff crews worked closely with the owner and owner’s vendors to maintain and improve the existing racking systems in the freezer building along with recladding of the exterior insulated wall system and roof system. Work also included close coordination of systems with ammonia refrigeration lines that serve the freezer.
