Findorff performed a full gut and remodel of the National Guardian Life six-story office building in Madison by Lake Mendota. This remodel included a new exterior façade, building system replacements, vertical circulation changes inside an existing chase, and finishes. A six-story scaffolding was used to allow MEP replacements to take place, and a full sprinkler system was added to the building for the first time since its original construction.
