Vivarium

Bringing new energy to Farwell Avenue, the Vivarium has transformed a once-vacant space into a dynamic cultural hub. Milwaukee, known for its vibrant music scene, provided the perfect backdrop for a venue designed to foster self-expression. Findorff successfully completed a renovation and conversion of a new club venue for Pabst Theater Group, that was previously a vacant retail space. Latin for “place of life,” this 450-capacity venue includes new public and private restrooms, dressing & green room space, box office, concert space, skylights, living greenery, and wood walls made from 100-year-old trees from northern Wisconsin.
