Findorff’s Special Projects Group prepared Wittnebel’s Tavern in Old Ashippun for a historic 27-mile-move to Old World Wisconsin in Eagle, WI. Old World Wisconsin offers a bar and gathering space for workshops, tastings, weddings, and other events. The tavern, constructed in 1906, became a part of the Brewing Experience exhibit.
