Innovation One - Located within University Research Park, Exact Sciences’ corporate headquarters, named Innovation One, unites team members and departments previously dispersed across multiple sites in the Madison area. The building received a LEED® Silver Certification and complements Exact Sciences’ laboratory campus and existing clinical lab. The construction process incorporated augmented reality components and full BIM coordination.‍

Element Labs Building - This five-story, multi-tenant commercial lab and office building was developed for clients in need of laboratory, restaurant, and amenity space. It includes a main lobby entrance, 4,000 square feet of restaurant shell space, and two levels of underground parking.
