Edgewater Hotel Redevelopment Madison, WI

Findorff is proud to be a part of Edgewater’s redevelopment plan that will create a vibrant destination at the intersection of Madison’s downtown, the Lake Mendota waterfront, state and local government, and the University of Wisconsin.

The redeveloped Edgewater will provide a unique combination of first-class accommodations and improved public access to Lake Mendota. The project includes a dynamic, mixed-use design concept including 189 hotel rooms and suites, condominiums, meeting and conference facilities, retail space, a café, lakeside bar, a spa-wellness center, casual and fi ne-dining restaurants, including an expanded restaurant at the Edgewater Pier.

The project is centered around a large, public plaza, which has been designed to provide maximum public access to Lake Mendota. The Plaza incorporates a series of terraces leading to the water’s edge and a grand staircase that will directly connect Langdon Street and Wisconsin Avenue with Lake Mendota.
